Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled ≥5 days before check-in (16:00, Europe/Paris). 50% refund if cancelled from 5 days to 48h before check-in. No refund if cancelled <48h before check-in or after check-in. No-show / early departure: non-refundable. 24h grace period: full refund within 24h of booking if check-in is ≥14 days away. Force majeure (documented): we may offer a credit valid 6 months (at our discretion).
